Wreaths Across America

CAP has forged a strong partnership with the Wreaths Across America organization and fully supports its mission to
Remember............the Fallen,
Honor...................those who Serve, and
Teach...................our Children the value of Freedom
Since 2010, our squadron has participated annually in the Wreaths Across America (WAA) ceremony.  Our squadron lays wreaths at the Camp Chase Cemetery in honor of all men and women of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines, and POW/MIA.  We honor all who serve, have served, and those that have given the ultimate sacrifice in service to the United States of America to the protect the freedom that we enjoy today.

Your donation of any amount to Wreaths Across America will help in all our efforts to Remember and Honor our Veterans by placing a wreath at the headstone of every fallen US veteran and location of honor.  We do this in a coordinated ceremony each December on a specified date at 12:00pm EST to coincide with the wreath laying event at the Arlington Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The 2014 ceremony took place on December 13, 2014. In 2015, the ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 12th at the Camp Chase Confederate Cemetery.

Every dollar is important, and every person who gives is a part of our success.  If you would like to donate a wreath or attend our next once-a-year special event, please contact our WAA location leader, CaptainKevin Jones.

Visit the Wreaths Across America website for information on how you can donate and support our squadron.
